Monitors & Docking Stations
We recommend Dell Ultrasharp monitors, which come in a variety of sizes and features that can conform to just about any workspace. We feel that they provide the most comfort for extended work sessions. We typically order the 24″, 27″ or 32″ in single or dual configurations. These monitors are available with or without a built in hub, which provides additional functionality like laptop charging and network connectivity, eliminating the need to also purchase a docking station. These monitors come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so if you are looking for something specific that is not listed below, please contact your IT staff for more information and pricing.
There are a few docking stations we recommend, depending on the device you are hooking it up to. The WD22TB4 is our standard order for Dell laptops. It is capable of providing up to 130W to Dell laptops, and can output to two 4K monitors at 60Hz over Thunderbolt 4. For Macs, we currently recommend the CalDigit TS4. The Kensington SD4780P is another option that allows for software-driven dual screens if your Mac does not support it natively. For all other devices, we recommend the Dell UD22 Universal Dock.
